Prenatal Yoga with Partner Registration Form

Pregnancy is a transitional time for both women and men. Prenatal Yoga is about honoring these changes emotionally, physically & spiritually. Based on our Prenatal Yoga classes, learn partner & individual postures to help strengthen, open and relax along with breathing techniques to find inner focus while connecting with each other and baby. Learn safety infant CPR, learn comfort measures, massage & acupressure points to help labor progress with calm, comfort and relaxation. Time to discuss any questions and/or concerns, refreshments served.

Pregnancy and Birthing
Realizing your innate awareness for birth - that you don't have to learn how to have a baby but rather how to open and allow a deep listening that guides you through the birthing process.

Instructor

Debra Geymayr, R.Y.T., HBCE, CD(DONA), CLD, CPD, is a certified yoga teacher, teaching fitness for over 20 years, specializing in Prenatal & Postnatal w/baby Yoga. Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance, certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner (working with couples to help achieve a calmer, easier, more comfortable birth through deep profound relaxation) and certified Labor/Postpartum Doula (a woman who "mothers the mother" assisting through labor, birth and home/baby care), Debra's dedication is to help bring women and families to a more mindful state during pregnancy and allow couples to share this wonderful "Celebration of Life" through awareness, knowledge, faith and connection.

What to wear

Comfortable stretch clothing. Please allow at least one-half hour after eating prior to taking class. Yoga is done without shoes or socks.

Infant Massage Registration Form

Infant massage provides numerous health benefits for baby and a beautiful way to bond with your newborn. A gift that will last a lifetime. Learn techniques with the use of a full-term size baby doll to help you gain confidence in handling your baby before baby arrives. Learning how to alleviate gastric issues & fussiness keeping baby calm and sleeping better.

Pre-registration required. $50/couple. Call for dates.

Instructor

Barbie Levine, a national and state licensed massage therapist, certified in pregnancy and infant massage. Barbie believes in nurturing families by teaching positive loving touch helping couples bond with baby helping create better sleeping habits, with colic and more.

Please return form with $50.00 payment no later than 2-weeks prior to workshop. (There is a $10.00 charge for any cancellation with less than 24 hr. notice or non-attendance for date registered.)
