Prenatal Plus - Yoga is a Specialty Center, where families are embraced from the beginning of pregnancy, throughout these amazing nine months of physical, emotional and spiritual changes and continuing with postpartum love & support. Offering prenatal & postnatal w/baby yoga classes, couples workshops, childbirth education courses, prenatal/labor/birth and postpartum doula care, as well as the benefit in sharing with other Moms & Dads to be, making friends that can last a lifetime.

What to Wear?

Comfortable stretch clothing. Please allow 1-hour after eating prior to taking a class, if possible.
Yoga is done without shoes or socks.

Pre-registration is required for all classes.
